Why two people can experience the same thing and make completely different meaning from it. Why someone can know exactly what they need to do and still struggle to do it.
Why some people continue expanding while others arrive somewhere they once dreamed about and discover that their next level is asking something different of them.
And, maybe most of all, how much life can change when the person living it learns to participate intentionally in who they're becoming.
I'm a University of Michigan graduate, speaker, mindset and performance coach, entrepreneur, and leader whose career has moved across entertainment, education, business, and human development.
As the founder of Exalt Management and a member of the Recording Academy, I've coached and advised artists, athletes, founders, and creatives while producing campaigns, partnerships, and brand work involving companies including Meta, Red Bull, YouTube, and Spotify.
I founded The Menternship, creating mindset, identity, and career development experiences for Black and Brown young women pursuing careers in entertainment, with partners including Nike, Viacom, The Oprah Winfrey Network, Magic Johnson Enterprises, and L'Oréal Paris.
At Alpha School, I launched and led its Orange County campus before moving into leadership development at scale, where I now develop leaders, design systems and training, and help campus leads build exceptional teams and school cultures.
Whether I've been in entertainment, entrepreneurship, or education, I keep finding myself in the same place: seeing what someone, a team, an idea, or even I could become, and becoming deeply interested in what it would take to bring more of that potential into reality.
I care about the whole person. How you think. How you care for yourself. How you perform. How you love. What you believe. What you create. What you contribute. And how fully you're able to experience being alive.
